Your web site visitors will see an invite
icon for real time support (like the one you see on our
web site up to the right). Clicking on that icon brings up
a chat window on the visitor's browser, inside which
he/she will read a first welcome message. Then an
operator will begin to give real time on-line support.
Your
operator can answer visitors' questions, he can help them
to visit your web site, and send himself web pages to the
visitors, by using special organizers
filled previously by customized texts and URLs of web pages.
The
operator, during or after your user's visit, will be able
to check: where
the visitor comes from, the number and the web address of
the pages he/she has been visiting, the browsing time and
the eventual chat time.
In
case of returning users to your web site,
it is possible to have a historical overview and details of
their previous visits, that allows you to keep a customized
relationship with your users. In fact, all data, the “chats”
as well, will be stored and will be immediately accessible,
which will create a valuable tool for eventual web
marketing actions!
